Fall weather means cooler temperatures and gorgeous Fall foliage here in New Hampshire. This year, our school is doing a big push to make sure kids are in school every single day. At home, I’m doing all I can to help keep my family healthy. Before germs take hold in your house, stock up on Stock up on Pfizer essentials like Emergen-C, Chapstick, Advil Liqui-Gels, Centrum Multi-benefit Multi-Gummies and Robitussin at Walmart, like I did recently. You’ll have everything you need in your medicine cabinet! You’ll find it all near the Pharmacy at your local Walmart:
Like most busy moms, I don’t have time to be sick. Between work, PTA, family obligations, and after-school activities, my schedule is jam-packed from the minute I get up, to the minute I go to bed. Sound familiar? After my trip to Walmart, I made up a couple of goodie bags for a few of my favorite moms. I invited the moms over for a playdate, and while the kiddos enjoyed playing together, we got a chance to catch up and unwind a little. I got these cute inexpensive bags and added my Pfizer essentials for a these hardworking moms to keep them #Healthy4School. (By the way, these also make nice little goodie bags for teachers.)

In my little gift bags, I added all the Pfizer essentials I picked up at Walmart for my mom friends. Use a little tissue paper to jazz them up and you have a simple and easy gift bag. While I was at Walmart, I grabbed some easy Fall treats to serve to my guests. This party was all about being chill – because let’s face it, there’s enough craziness with school back in session!
From September to March, my kids are never without Chapstick in their backpacks. It moisturizes and softens for smooth lips everyday, and helps keep chapped lips at bay. Of course, it also makes a great stocking stuffer for Christmas, too! Since I’m always volunteering in the school, I’m as susceptible to the germs as the kids. Pick up some Centrum Multi-benefit Multi-Gummies for adults at Walmart, or Centrum Vitamints, which have essential nutrients you enjoy like a mint, including 100 % or more of Vitamins C, D, E, and B6. Use as directed. And for headaches and more, Advil Liqui-Gels are my go-to choice for pain relief. “Nothing’s faster on tough pain.*” (*Use as directed.) Heaven knows I often leave school with a pounding head or sore muscles! When my family gets sick, Robitussin is my first choice for helping to soothe cold symptoms. Robitussin helps you clear cough from your schedule. (Use as directed.)
One of my favorite ways to help stay healthy during cold and flu season is to drink Emergen-C in the morning. Emergen-C® is packed with B vitamins, electrolytes, more vitamin C than 10 oranges^ and other antioxidants†. With over 20 flavors, you have plenty of delicious varieties to choose from.*” (^Based on the USDA.gov nutrient database value for a large, raw orange. †Zinc and Manganese*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.) Emergen-C can be added to water or juice, or mixed in with your favorite morning smoothie. It’s a great way to stay #Healthy4School.
